As the contract manager for the co-produced design and delivery of the Tier 1 national trainer training on behalf of NHS England, I gained a lot of experience in co-production and supporting trainers with lived experience to deliver this training. I am also an approved Lead Trainer for Tier 1 and Tier 2 delivery & Trainer Training, so I can also help you with delivery & building trios for success.

Tier 1 Trainer Training

Delivering Webinars  -  This course is for NEW trios learning to become approved Tier 1 trainers. It supports trios to learn how to run the 1-hour interactive webinars.

Teaching Others -  This is the second Tier 1 Trainer training, and offer trios who are already approved tier 1 trainers  to return and learn the skills that they need to become LEAD Tier 1 trainers. It enables trios to deliver the trainer training to others, to build capacity and cascade the trainer training onwards. 

Tier 2

As both a Lead Trainer, and a Facilitating Trainer for Oliver's Tier 2 Training, I can play a crucial role in understanding and supporting the delivery model and its objectives. 

I can facilitate the Tier 2 Trainer Training which involves a total package of:

• Facilitating Trainer Training (2 days)

• Trainer Training for Experts with Lived Experience of a learning disability (3 days)

• Trainer Training for Experts with Lived Experience of autism (3 days)

This course will enable your trios to deliver the 1-day Tier 2 face to face training of the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability & Autism.

By carrying out these responsibilities, we contribute to the successful implementation of the training, promoting a culture of inclusivity, understanding, and quality care for autistic people and people with a learning disability within the health & care system.
