Sometimes, it can feel hard to get 'unstuck', or to manage recurring patterns, which can lead to feeling isolated and alone.
I offer inclusive support for people with and without lived experience of neurodivergence.
I support people who are:
Managing stress, overwhelm, or low confidence at work or at home
Adjusting to life transitions (new roles, changes, or phases of life)
Living with long-term physical or emotional health needs, or supporting someone who is
Navigating anxiety, self-doubt, or unhelpful habits (including around food, drink, or wellbeing)
Wanting to feel more confident and at ease in themselves — at any stage of life, including menopause and beyond
It helps to know you’re not alone.
I run online groups for parents, relatives and carers of neurodivergent tweens, teens and young adults.
These sessions help us to:
notice what’s happening for us
take stock of how we’re coping
explore new options and choices
grow confidence and feel more grounded in how we show up for our young person
(In future, I may offer other therapeutic groups around wellbeing, but right now the focus is on family support.)
I design and deliver training that makes learning meaningful, experiential, and inclusive.
My work is grounded in:
Co-design, co-production and co-delivery – working with people and communities, not just for them
Blended and online learning – flexible formats that make training accessible and sustainable
Real-world expertise – over 30 years teaching and practising across health and social care
For teams and organisations, this means:
Skilled, confident staff who can apply learning to practice.
Training that meets compliance needs without being a tick-box.
Support for cultural change and inclusive practice.
