I’m an experienced occupational therapist, educator, and coach who’s worked in the NHS and higher education since 1991. My clinical background is in health and social care, particularly supporting autistic people, people with a learning disability, and older adults living with dementia.
Whether you're an individual trying to find your way forward in a work or life transition, a manager looking to support your team, or an organisation navigating change or needing educational consultancy then I would love to hear from you. I am passionate about equality, co-production and co-delivery, and working to make learning and transformation experiential and meaningful.
What I bring is a down-to-earth, practical mix of occupational therapy, coaching, counselling, and problem-solving. I listen closely, ask the right questions, and work alongside you to find real solutions that work for you.
People come to me when they want clarity, remotivation, and practical, creative solutions. I can help you feel stronger in yourself and more confident in what you do, improve the way you work with others, and support you, your service or team to move forward in a meaningful, person-centred way.
I have a strong track record of managing projects, delivering results, and guiding people through change. I’m especially skilled at working with neurodivergent people, navigating tricky team dynamics, and creating safe, inclusive spaces where people can be honest, heard, and supported.
If you're looking to make a change — in yourself, your work, or your service — and want someone to walk alongside you with honesty, compassion and a bit of practical, graded goal-setting, then contact me at info@rozz.mcdonald.com to discuss how I can help you achieve your objectives.
Together, we can make a meaningful impact and drive positive outcomes.
